Test Printer
Overview
This function will print out a box on a piece of paper, as close to the edge
of the paper as your printer and printer driver will let it. This test is
important, because if the playslip you want to print to has boxes closer to
the edge than your printer can print, then your printer will never be able
to print to that playslip, no matter how much you adjust the settings.
